• Customers are responsible for timely pickup from Prong Creek Farms.
• Failure to collect orders may result in storage fees and/or product forfeiture.
• Approximate take-home: 25-35 lbs of meat per lamb

Katahdin sheep are an American breed developed for meat production in various climates. They're known for their hardiness, easy lambing, and ability to thrive on pasture alone, producing high-quality, lean lamb.
Our cross-bred sheep combine the best traits of both breeds: exceptional heat tolerance for Alabama's climate, natural resilience, and superior lamb quality with excellent flavor and tenderness.
